Personal Data Clarification Text This Personal Data Clarification Text has been prepared in order to inform you about the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No: 6698 (“Law”) and your rights under the Law. 1-Our Legal Reasons for Processing
We process your personal data within the terms of processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
2-Transfer of Your Personal Data
We are able to transfer your personal data to our employees, business partners, shareholders, suppliers, company representatives and legally authorized representatives and legally authorized public / private institutions and organizations, within the scope of the processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
3-Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

-Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 and other relevant laws, in the event that the reasons for its processing disappear, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and to notify the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
-Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
-To request the compensation of this damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Your application will be fulfilled free of charge. However, if the requested transaction requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be requested from the applicant.
